Brewing Guide (Quick Tips)

  • Filter ratio: 2–3 tbsp coffee in upper chamber; add hot water just off boil; allow full drip.

  • Cup build: 30–40 ml decoction + 120–150 ml hot milk; sweeten to taste.

  • Stronger cup: Increase coffee dose or decoction ratio.
